Sprinkles for Ice Cream

I went to Sprinkles Ice Cream Parlour in Southampton with some friends. 

 

I'd like to say that this is all I left in my bowl, but I did have some help to get this far.

The best bit was when I got to paddle in the slushy bit at the bottom of the dish. I did think about swimming in the ice cream but then I thought about the cold, wet, messy trip home on the ferry!
