Eklectica 2017

GI Joe and I went to Eklectica  with the Media Team

On the way to our site we went across the field in front of the main stage. It made me feel very small!  Oh! I am very small.....

We setup our tents and stalls in the little field Park Manager James showed us a few weeks earlier.

I went to have a look round the park and helped set up posters.

We found John Cattle who owns WightTrash. He had a pop-up skateboard park on the field. He even had a couple of mini skateboards we could use.

The full sized ramps were just a bit big for us. "That's ok", said John. "I've got a special mini-park just for you".

"Yay!" shouted GIJoe, "Perfect!"

The Nerf guns on the shooting range were a bit big for us, but we managed!

Maddy and Karina took us to lots of fun places including this little fun house.

Island Trailers loaned us a trailer and we took a special team photo to say thank you to them.

There was a fairground carousel which really appealed to us - there was a LEGO® van on it!

"Sid," said GIJoe....... "If you want to be General Waste, can I be Colonel Rubbish?"

OK, I thought..... It's definitely time to go home!
